the TubeBook app. Free accounts include
50 credits — enough to generate one lead magnet ebook.

Open Generate, paste a YouTube URL or a transcript, pick a fidelity mode and writing style, then submit.

TubeBook handles the rest — transcription, structuring, writing, optional cover and chapter images — then exports to PDF, DOCX, EPUB and PPTX.
Generating an ebook
Lead magnet vs commercial ebook
- Lead magnet — short, punchy, ~5 chapters and ~5,000 words. Great for newsletter freebies and opt-ins.
- Commercial ebook — long-form, ~10 chapters, 25,000+ words. Deeper structure and styling, ready to sell.
Fidelity modes
- High Fidelity — follows the exact structure, names, and ideas of your source. For repurposing your own content only.
- Smart Adapt (default) — rewrites and restructures the source into fresh text, staying close to the original theme.
- Low Fidelity — uses the video as a thematic seed only; generates substantially original content safe for commercial publishing (Amazon KDP, Gumroad, etc.).
Writing styles
Choose from Professional, Conversational, Stoic, Scientific, Narrative, Academic, Motivational, or Minimalist before generation begins.
Sources
- YouTube URL — TubeBook ingests the video directly via Gemini.
- Transcript — paste any text transcript you already have.
Images
Optional AI cover and per-chapter images (0–3 per chapter). More images consume more credits.

Plans
- Free 50 credits (one-time) — 1 lead magnet ebook, PDF export with TubeBook watermark.
- Starter — $9/mo 500 credits/month — ≈ 10 lead magnets or 4 commercial ebooks. No watermark.
- Pro — $29/mo 2,000 credits/month — ≈ 40 lead magnets, 15 commercial ebooks, or any combination. Priority queue.
Top-up credit packs
- Starter pack — 250 credits, \$5
- Boost pack — 1,000 credits, \$15
- Power pack — 3,500 credits, \$40
Subscription credits refresh each billing cycle and do not roll over. Top-up credits never expire while your account is active.
Exports & formats
- PDF — fully styled with cover and chapter imagery, chosen fonts and trim size.
- DOCX — editable in Word or Google Docs.
- EPUB — Kindle, Apple Books, Kobo.
- PPTX — slide deck version for talks and webinars.
Free plan exports include a TubeBook watermark. Starter and Pro plans export without watermark.
📦 Before deleting an ebook, TubeBook offers a ZIP archive of all formats plus the cover image.
Troubleshooting
Generation seems stuck
Generations resume automatically if a step is interrupted — no action needed. Most ebooks complete within a few minutes; long commercial ebooks with images can take longer.
YouTube URL won't ingest
Make sure the video is public and has captions (auto or manual). Private, age-restricted, or live videos cannot be processed.
I don't see my ebook
Open Dashboard. Ebooks are kept for 30 days after generation — a countdown is shown on each card. Download anything you want to keep before it expires.
Download link expired
Signed download URLs expire after 24 hours. The app refreshes them on demand — just open your Dashboard and the links will be updated automatically.
Account & billing
- Manage your plan and payment method from Billing inside the app.
- You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
