• Usage data: YouTube URLs you submit, ebook generation history, and feature usage patterns.
• Payment information: processed securely through Stripe. We never store your full credit card number.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information for security and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the TubeBook service.
• Process your ebook generation requests and deliver your files.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Send transactional emails (account confirmations, ebook delivery, billing).
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security enabled on all database tables. Generated ebooks (PDF, EPUB, DOCX, PPTX), cover images, and illustrations are stored in private, owner-scoped storage buckets. Only you can access your files.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe for payment processing.
• Supabase for database and file storage.
• Cloudflare for hosting and CDN.
• AI model providers for content generation (no personal data is shared with AI providers).

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export or delete your account and all associated data from your account settings, or by contacting us at support@tubebook.org.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
