1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TubeBook ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TubeBook is an AI-powered platform that transforms YouTube video content into professionally formatted ebooks. The Service includes ebook generation, AI cover and illustration creation, and export in multiple formats: PDF, EPUB, DOCX, and PPTX.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content from videos you do not have rights to repurpose.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Service itself.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to generate harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.

5. Content Ownership & Responsibility

You retain ownership of all ebooks generated through TubeBook. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to repurpose the source video content. TubeBook does not claim ownership of your generated content.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

7. Free Plan

The free plan includes one lead magnet generation (lifetime). No credit card is required. Free plan features may change over time.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will notify users in advance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

TubeBook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
